National Cooking Competition 2019

Heritage Girls School (Girls Boarding School) hosted its third edition of the National Cooking Competition and National Amla Competition on the 12th of January 2019. 

Renowned chefs like Chef Vicky Ratnani, Chef Salil Fadnis, Chef Vernon Coelho and Chef Mughda Khare were invited to judge the competition (Best Girls School).

Girls between the age group of  9-16 from all over the country (Boarding School for girls in India) came to participate in this competition where there were 4 categories - Salads, Snacks, Curry and Desserts.

The winners were Anandini Suri for Salads, Advika Agarwal for Snacks, Lavana Marwah for Curry and Nitika Agarwal for Dessert.

The winner for the National Amla Competition was Varisha Bari.

It was an exciting competition where every participant presented their best dish and the winners took away a cash prize of 11,000 and a certificate as well books.
